  • Non-Returnable Items: Modified products, used items, accessories, products not in resalable condition, or products without an order number are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, clear photos of the package and product must be taken immediately and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must also be submitted within 180 days of delivery.

  • Only unused and uninstalled items in original packaging qualify for exchange.

  • Exchanges are processed as:

    1. Return of original item

    2. Warehouse inspection

    3. Refund approval

    4. Placement of a new order for the replacement item
